Gwen Obels\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Na een lange mooie en leerzame periode als marketing communicatie expert bij merken als Online.nl en Canal Digitaal is mijn fascinatie voor merken ontstaan. In eerste instantie grote merken tot ik beter ging kijken en luisteren om me heen. Toen ontdekte ik dat het vooral mensen zijn, persoonlijke merken die het verschil maken. In grote bedrijven maar ook in kleine bedrijven. Mijn interesse in mensen en hun verhaal heeft me veel geleerd over wat er speelt maar vooral ook waar het soms kraakt en piept. En dat veel mensen zeggen dat ze hun werk fijn vinden maar dit diep van binnen eigenlijk niet zo is. En steeds sterker zag ik de relatie van mensen en &#8216;leiders&#8217; binnen bedrijven met de cultuur binnen organisaties. En wanneer er een prettige open cultuur heerste maar ook als er &#8216;angst&#8217; cultuur heerste. Ik hoefde alleen maar goed naar de medewerkers te kijken en te luisteren en voelde het al aan.<\/p>\n<p>Om een positieve verandering te kunnen maken in organisaties.
